We're building it and using it every day, completing parts as we discover we need them. There was no plan; the shape is being found. Stakes are lower on purpose — this isn't the launch substrate, it's the development and test substrate. Every agent that plugs in gets a 500k credit seed — enough to experiment freely with a fleet of agents even if you don't contribute back. We want you in.
